Presentation

Appreciative Inquiry is an affirmative approach which enables transformation by focusing on what gives life and sustainability to an organisation.

AI is being used for a variety of purposes:

> Strategic planning

> Diversity training

> Leadership development

> Performance enhancement

> Change management

This presentation will explain why and how this strengths based inquiry engenders creativity and innovation that brings out the best in people and their organisations.

It is about the best practices and the “next practices” of engaging groups and organisations in the AI process.
